How to Enter
Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility. The competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland aged 18 or over at the date of entry. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
- Entry period. Entries open on Thursday 25th June 2026 and close at 11.59pm on Sunday 28th June 2026. Any entries received outside this period will not be counted.
- How to enter. Enter by completing the online entry form with your first name and email address. No purchase is necessary. Only one entry is permitted per person. Entries made by automated means, in bulk, or by a third party on a person's behalf will not be accepted. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or not received for any reason.
- The prize. The prize is a Choice Stores garden makeover to the value of €500, made up of garden and outdoor living products selected from Choice Stores. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value should this be necessary.
- Winner selection. One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on Monday 29th June 2026. The draw will be carried out under the supervision of the Promoter and its decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
- Notification. The winner will be contacted by email within two working days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within five working days, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and draw an alternative winner.
- Publicity. By entering, the winner agrees that the Promoter may publish their first name and county on the Choice Stores website and social media channels to announce the result, unless the winner requests otherwise.
- Data protection. Personal details collected for this competition will be used only to administer the competition and to contact the winner. Where an entrant has separately given consent, their details may also be used by Choice Stores for marketing. Entrants can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time. Details are handled in line with the Choice Stores privacy policy.
- Liability. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage or disappointment arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.
- General. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the competition where circumstances make this unavoidable. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram.
